All of the campaigns created by all of the clients can be viewed by the admin in the View Campaigns table. Since admin side of the application restricts admin to just perform administrative actions to manage the clients and monitor the sending, so if the admin wants to setup some lists, create some campaigns for its own use, it would require him to create a client account for this purpose. Here is what View Campaigns table has to offer to the admin of the application.
Navigate to Broadcasts
Admin Main Navigation -> Data -> Broadcasts
S/N (Serial Number)
Serial number is the set pattern that every table across the application follows. It shows the serial number of records in the table.
Name of the client who created the campaign using his/her client account.
Campaign name was the first mandatory field that client filled while creating the campaign from his account. The rows under the column are showing the campaign names.
While creating the campaign, client was given this ability to select one of the Sender IDs from the approved ones for his/her account. So the campaign is set to be sent out from the specific sender ID client attached with specific campaign. The rows under this column are showing Sender-IDs attached with the campaigns respectively.
It is showing the date and the time when the client created specific campaign using his/her client account.
Under the actions, admin can choose to view the campaign content. However, this would be limited to just viewing, admin wouldn't be able to change the content of any clients' campaign.
Filter by Client Name
Get the table filtered by the client name, select a client name using the suggestion box and see the broadcasts/ SMS campaigns setup by that particular client only.
