View User’s Role Groups

View currently available user groups; modify the permission assigned to a group or delete particular group from the list of all groups. User groups are important to secure the information and manage the flow within an organization, where you have employees responsible to perform their respective roles, such as email campaign designer, email list manager etc. 

You need to login with an admin account to view and create user group. Reach “View User’s Role Groups” under “User Management” to view the currently available user groups.

The table which opens after clicking the page will display the following information along with the ability to perform couple of tasks.

Serial number in which the user groups are listed in the table. The table shows the records from 1 to 10 on one page. However, you can view more than 10 and even all records on one page. See the passage under the Number of Records per Page after this table finishes. 


Name of the group, the name is first mandatory field to fill while creating a new user’s role group. This helps to identify and search particular group from the list.



Followed by the above mentioned details of the currently available groups, table moves to the next column which is “Actions”. The quick action buttons allow performing the following actions.

Clicking the edit button will take you to the page, where you’ll be able to modify the permission you have assigned to the selected group. 


Click the button and you will be asked to confirm, if you really want to delete the user’s role group. Answering the prompt message in yes will result in the deletion of that user group permanently from the application. 


a)      Number of records per page

To select the number of records you want to view per page, the page puts a dropdown menu on view towards the top of the page. The dropdown menu starts from 10 records to display, and ends with all records on one page. The following figure indicates the position of the dropdown on the page.

b)      Copy or Print User’s Group Table  

Use the copying options to copy the data in the columns of the table appears below. You can copy the table by using the “Copy” button and can paste it manually in a file, or can copy and save the complete table along with the columns to .CSV file, Excel or PDF format. Further you can get a print out of the complete table by clicking “Print”. See the following figure.

c)       Search User Group

Search a user group from the list of currently available user groups, by typing the name the only identifiable information to search particular group among others.
