4.11-View Dynamic Content Tags


View List of All Dynamic Content Tags


Like most of the “View” pages across the application, view dynamic tag page follows the same pattern to display information in regard to the currently available content tags, along with the ability to perform couple of quick actions. If you are login with a separate user account, other than the one with the admin rights, you will only be able to create and view the dynamic content tags, if your user’s role group has this permission to create or view them.

Following the same general pattern of all view tables across the application, view table of dynamic content tags starts with the serial number of the tags on one page, starting from 1 and ending at 10. You will be able to view more than one records on the page or even all records on one page, by selecting “All” records from the dropdown above. View “Number of Records Per Page” for more information.


Name of this tag, the name helps to identity particular content tag within this table, and also facilitates searching of particular tag from the list of all available dynamic content tags.


Which subscriber list this dynamic tag belongs to.

Date when this dynamic content tag was created and saved




Perform the following couple of tasks by using the action buttons.

Edit the basic values of the dynamic content tag, however to edit the unit of content associated with this tag, you’ll be required to press another edit button alongside with the name of the content unit, within the content unit box. 


Press cross button to remove this content tag permanently, make sure that the unit of content associated with this dynamic content tag will be deleted as well.


a)      Number of records per page


To select the number of records you want to view per page, the page puts a dropdown menu on view towards the top of the page. The dropdown menu starts from 10 records to display, and ends with all records on one page. Viewing all records on one page may reduce the speed to some extent, but only when you have large number of records to display on one page. The following figure indicates the position of the dropdown on the page.

b)      Copy or Print Dynamic Tags Table   


Use the copying options to copy the data in the columns of the table appears below. You can copy the table by using the “Copy” button and can paste it manually in a file, or can copy and save the complete table along with the columns to .CSV file, Excel or PDF format. Further you can get a print out of the complete table by clicking “Print”.

c)       Search Custom Fields


Type the name of the content tag into the search box to search particular dynamic content tag from the list. Following figure exemplifies searching of the record with its name in the search box.
