Scheduled Campaigns Table
The list remains empty unless you have a campaign scheduled already. If you have, here is the information you can obtain with regard to the campaigns in the list.
Before we start discussing the columns of the View Scheduled Campaigns table, let’s take a note of the things you can do to manage the records in the table. Use the search box to quickly search specific campaign from the queue, manage number of records you want to view on the first page, and filter out campaigns by type to appear in the table. By default, all is selected, which means All types of campaigns are on the display. Select “Regular Campaigns” to filter out the regular campaigns from the list and put on the display, same applied to other options such as Segmented Campaigns and Split Tests.
Rows of the first column have checkboxes that would help selecting records of multiple rows. You can select one or multiple records by ticking the checkboxes.
Every row represents a campaign with its scheduled label and its related details in the next rows. Schedule label was the first mandatory field to start the scheduling process with.
Date and time for which the campaign is scheduled to initiate the process of sending.
Whether the campaign is paused, resumed, finished, in progress or time remaining to initiate the sending process. Every row explains about the current status of the campaign.
Total number of contacts the campaign is scheduled for. It shows the number of collecting contacts saved across all the lists selected for specific campaign.
Out of the total contacts to how many the emails has been sent so far, what percentage is completed and how many are remaining?
Following are some helpful actions you can perform to manage the scheduled campaigns queue
Click to remove a campaign from the list of scheduled campaign. If the sending is completed 100%, then deletion will have no effect on the sending process. But if the campaign is in progress and you opt to remove it, it will stop sending from the point you opt to remove it. E.g. out of 1,000 contacts email has been sent to the 200 and you opted to remove the campaign, process of sending will stop right away and no further email will be sent. So the remaining 800 will not receive the campaign.
Both these options only appear when the campaign is in progress, to help you pause the campaign for certain time, and resume it again when you want.
The button works for campaign with “Completed” status. And it helps you reschedule a campaign with one click carrying all the readily selected options like type of campaign, contact list, sending node/SMTP, sending time and other related details.
