The pattern of the table is the tree view of the information available. Table shows a Follow-Up group and then lists all follow-ups belong to the specific group at top of the tree. Beside the name of every follow-up that appears under its group, you can see a small checkbox. Checkboxes will help you make a selection of multiple records for further action.
Drag and Drop
You will see the follow-ups are listed as per the sequence of creation date and time. Follow-up created first will appear at the top of the sequence. If you want to change the sequence of the follow-ups, you can use drag and drop function, to drag specific follow-up with its name to move it up or drag it drop in the sequence. Make sure that the system doesn’t only take note of the sending time, but it also considers the sending sequence. Follow-up up in the sequence will be delivered first; therefore, the sequence should remain intact for the follow-up series to deliver on right intervals. A follow-up with “Upon Triggering” option should stay at top of the sequence.
The row next to the follow-up name shows the date when the follow-up was first created.
It is showing the sequence of follow-ups in specific follow-up group.
We discussed time to send in details under the article “Add a Follow-Up”. It shows that if specific follow-up will be delivered as soon as the trigger executes the action and start follow-up group (Upon-Triggering), or after specific time after the trigger execute the action and start follow-up group (Time after Triggering). It also marks the time gap (interval) among the follow-ups in the sequence. The option is clickable, and upon clicking it popups up a small window on your screen to change/update the interval (time gap) between the follow-ups.
