“Logs” function keeps the record of the activity performed by the users/admin using the application. System keeps number of records of recent activity logs according to the logs retention limit proposed in general application settings, logs exceeding to that limit are removed and replaced by the recent ones. To propose a limit for the logs, click Settings->Setup and then apply limit in the field “Keep Logs for”.

It shows the serial number of records in the table. Activity logs exceeding from the logs retention limit will automatically be removed and replaced by the recent activities.
Activity & Description
Next two columns keep the record of the activity type and provide description about the actual activity being performed. Activities may belong to the following categories that application keeps a log of.

Create | Something created, i.e. List Created |
Updated | Something already existing updated, i.e. Campaign Updated |
Deleted | Something already existing removed, i.e. Contact Deleted |

Date and time when specific activity was being performed
